Rachel Gilmour MP Allegedly Insulted Local Workers Should She Say Sorry?

Rachel Gilmour MP’s reported behaviour at Hinkley Point has left many asking. Does she owe them an apology?

According to The Express, Gilmour lashed out at a security guard after being told her driving licence was invalid, calling him a “c*” and “obnoxious t***”, before sneering, “I bet he votes f*ing Tory.”

During a film showcasing a local apprentice’s success, she reportedly dismissed it as “s***” and later told a constituent, “I’m not going to chat s*** with my constituents either.”

Hinkley Point provides thousands of jobs and powers homes across the country. If these reports are true, Gilmour has shown contempt for the people who keep protect our energy security.
