Exmoor coaster

The iconic Exmoor Coaster bus route is officially returning for the 2025 summer season, offering passengers a thrilling journey through some of the South West’s most dramatic scenery, including Porlock Hill, Countisbury Hill, and breathtaking Exmoor coastline.

Running from Minehead to Lynmouth and on to Ilfracombe, the open-top service offers unrivalled views and a unique way to explore the national park – all for just £3 a ticket.

James Wright, a local campaigner and farmer, welcomed the news: "The return of the Exmoor Coaster is great news for local businesses that rely on the increased footfall during the summer. But to deliver real economic benefit, it’s vital the service runs for the full season—from Easter through to autumn half-term. It’s not just a scenic trip; it’s a lifeline for our rural economy."

The full timetable is due to be released soon, and tickets will be available via the usual channels.
